Executive Team

The Caring Voice Executive Team is responsible for the overall vision and direction of Caring Voice Coalition. They continually seek ways to positively touch the lives of patients while developing new strategies to adapt to an ever-changing healthcare landscape. They empower us to do our best.

Human Resources
Human Resources

Human Resources seeks out the best people and brings them to CVC to become part of our industry-leading group of patient focused professionals. They see to the needs of the staff so that we can devote our attention to the needs of patients.

Finance Team
Finance Team

The Finance Team is responsible for all monetary funds received and distributed by CVC. They work closely with external partners and other CVC departments so that CVC can continue to assist patients in receiving and adhering to their prescribed therapy regimens.

Case Management/Alternate Coverage Team
Case Management/Alternate Coverage Team

The Case Management and Alternate Coverage Team works hands-on with patients to obtain financial assistance and provide patients with the resources and information necessary to make well-informed decisions about health coverage.

Communications/Events Team
Communications/Events Team

The members of the Communications Team are the first voices you hear when you call CVC. They support the entire staff by greeting all callers with a caring voice and facilitating the routing of all correspondence.

The planning of employee travel, conference attendance, and the coordination of patient-focused, educational events is organized and executed by the Events Team. They provide patients with access to knowledge and education.

Data Management
Data Management

All critical document handling is overseen by our Data Management Team. They are responsible for categorizing and distributing both physical and electronic forms of written communication. Additionally, they provide support to our patients and case managers by following up on needed documentation while maintaining patient confidentiality and the integrity of CVC processes.

Disability/Appeals Team
Disability/Appeals Team

CVC’s Disability and Appeals Team works with patients to navigate the complicated and often turbulent waters of Social Security Disability. Depending on the needs of each patient they can assist from the initial application through approval and if needed, they guide patients through the appeal process.

Marketing Team
Marketing Team

The Marketing Team provides Caring Voice Coalition with a visible and strategic presence in the community, across a variety of platforms including print, web and social media. They also create CVC’s quarterly magazine, Caring Voice Community.

Operations/IT Team
Operations/IT Team

The Operations and IT Team works behind the scenes to keep our programs running at peak effectiveness. With responsibilities ranging from network integration and database management to equipment and supply logistics, they facilitate the day to day functions of CVC.

Training Team
Training Team

The training team prepares new staff to begin on the right foot by building a strong foundation for their individual role within CVC and by introducing and cultivating participation in our unique culture. They fill our heads and hearts with knowledge and compassion.
